Visa for my son

My son and i came here together for a family visa only. we are sponsored by my uncle. Now, my visa already transfer into working visa,but my salary is only 3,500. my husband is also here but with low salary as well. Is it possible to get our son a residence visa because we want him to stay with us here. Please help.
