yes u can practice in pvt clinic without USMLE but u have to pass the prometric exam and u must be having at least a 5 years experience to be consider to practice in doha.USMLE step 2 Ck is only required for Hamad Hospital.Good Luck

Qatar allows any doctor to practice here without restrictions. The Poly Clinics pay more than HMC with a new villa.
In Saudia Arabia a doctor must have USMLE step 1 and 2 CS and CK in order to practice there. Saudi Arabia did not renew a doctors license if they didn't meet the minimum requirement for USMLE steps 1 and 2.
UAE is not as restricted as Saudi Arabia, but with the new laws of requiring health insurance, the insurance companies will probably administer their own exams to the doctors in order for the doctor to bill and receive payment and reduce the liability of mal practice.
