visa change position

I accepted a document controller position for a company in qatar. i was informed by hr dept that they are still applying for visa change position as available engineer visa. after a month, i received news that visa change position was rejected by immigration and they resubmitted again last week of october. i have not heard from hr until now and i am worried why the visa change alone was refused and has taken so much time. anyone who knows the rules and procedure in immigration dept?

hi even me also rejected from immigration Actually in labout department accepted my change of position but in immigration they rejected still I don't know what I want do know to whom concern...
