I received the offer letter intially then i signed and sent with all supporting documents, after a month the X

company provided me the Residence Permit - 2 years Single entry visa for Qatar.

Presently i am residing in DUBAI from the last 5 years/ Actually due to my family situations i cannot move and

accept this offer. if i inform the X company that i could not able to join as per the situation.

1. They will take any legal action against me?

2. I am in dubai, Its GCC, whether it will affect me here.

3. how can i handle this situation now.

anybody knows please comment. Thanks.

be honest and inform them the family situation....but they paid for ur rp...u have to pay them back
