Last Night, first time a buffet was on in our Respected Sanjeev Kapoors Restuarant, Surprisingly the charge was not so high as compared to their Al Carte Prices but the mess happened & Observed was as follows:
1]. 2 high Profiled Managers Menon & Mathew failed to check with each customers to know the feed back of food but were more busy in moving around & knowing health of customer
2]. The buffet was not organized & the food was just kept on the vessel without any burner below making them hot
3]. Although lots of items were there but not the expected taste since selection of menu was very low
4]. Quality of food was too low & not expected from the standards of this
5]. Bowls were not available & even for desserts plastic cups were used which was so bad as if it was a restaurant serving buffet @20-25 QR per meal
6]. Kids were also charged in full irrespective of age as if they wanted to recover the cost
7]. Staff was not paying attention for anything & even the floor was messy & customers had to request the so called Caretakers to clean it or else chances of falling were more
Advice from a frequent customer will be to put ur heart & soul in this to be like Mr.SK in any new style adopted as per market demand or else such embarrasement might bring the standards & name down of a respected high profiled business man
Local nationalities were leaving in digrace for quality low & even prices being high & no better choice
So Khazana pls. next time be prepared before launching anything new so that a customer gets satisfied even if payment is more
