Some mixed feelings about Bukhara. They have some really off days. Having been there at least thirty times, the quality of food has NOT improved significantly, but the prices have shot through the roof. The best dish (in my humble opinion) is the Daal Bukhara. All of the chicken and mutton dishes taste the same, i.e. it is the same meat from a big pot with a bit of ginger sprinkled on top or green peppers. They also do not tell you if a dish contains nuts (we found out once when my daughter had a severe allergic reaction to some tandoori chicken which had a cashew based paste on it). On the whole it is a good restaurant, but I prefer The Royal Tandoor on Al-Saad street.
