Salary for Financial Analyst/Accountant

Am an American citizen interested in relocating to the Gulf with wife and 2 kids, specially Qatar. I have a Bachelors degree in Accounting and hold a CPA license. Experience wise, I have 6 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting (Banking, Audit and Financial Analysis) including a stint at a Fortune 20 company. I have couple of questions:

1.       What Kind of Salary should I expect with my experience and qualifications?

2.       How valuable are Masters degrees in Qatar? Am thinking of obtaining an MBA before relocating, but that’s a  poor investment in the US right now (unless you lack work experience) and I don’t want to waste time and money if there isn’t significant financial gain.

3.       What are the best companies to work for? Private vs public, am not too familiar with GCC brands, but hear a lot of QP and QF. Any others I should consider?

Thanks in advance for your inputs.

most of the q-companies would offer you more then 40,000 QR due to American passport in the finance jobs as senior staff position and lot depends on your experience and HR interview
