Where is the best area to rent a family apartment?

I'm a British engineer moving to Doha in the next couple of weeks and would like to bring my family along later in the year. I'd like to know which areas are best suited for a family with two young daughters.

Please, how much can a family residence cost, eg flat, apartment, for a family of a husband, wife and a baby girl under a year
every where in qatar is good for family and it depends on which flat or appartment you found there.
but I may advice you to find a family accommodation in your work area, otherwise you will face some defficulties from trafics in the morning and evening as well.

Qatar is very family friendly in all places however I recommend a compound which are usually set away from main roads and over facilities such as small park and children play area with swimming pools. It also depends on area you will be working as at peak times roads can really be busy.
