missing a person since november 28th, 2012

hi folks.

my best friend name is Mohamed Sirajudeen.
male, 28 years old. we lost his contact from november 28th.
we couldn't contact him. and he was working in umsaeed.
(in sealine beach).and he doesn't have Qatar ID. how can i find him.
please help me.
