my frnd got a job offer frm a company for the post of technician in doha but his work visa was denied by emigration.ps-its a gov comp.
is there any ban of visa for indians?

No , There is no ban , May be your company already have some indian visas , so they have to meet decision cometti to resolve the issue if they really want you ....
