Need horse halter made

I have an arabian horse and I would like to have a halter made that is traditional with tassels and colorful stones. I have a color photo of the one I want.

I went to the "Rider" place by the Ramada, and they told my wife that there is a place in the Souke that can make this. She has no idea where to go. there directions were not very good.
Any advice?
