Qatar is booming- that is true. qatar booms because of the infrastructure projects that are being built around the country. if you are looking for vacancies, there are lots of job opening for the positions of laborers. i think you are qualified for that positions. why not you try to submit your qualifications.
According to study, yes, Qatar is booming. In fact, it's rank no. 1 with the highest GDP among the muslim countries. Maybe there are other considerations why some people can't find job easily.

It is basically a Magic, they give a bigger picture of Qatar by the publicity but there is nothing here, and it is hard to find a better job, if you are a smart guy, dont find a job here, you create the job you want.
