I bought 12cells battery for my hp pavilion dv6000 but my charger is 65w does it fit?

I bought 12cells battery for my hp pavilion dv6000 but my charger is 65w i put it on charger for 8 hours but still 0% and when i removed the AC charger my laptop directly turned off.
Anyone can help me in this issue

it seems that your battery is an after market one
"duplicate"....
if it is it means that your laptop is not detecting it because
there is a charging protocol (preset from factory)\that enables that laptop to recognize the battery whether it is an original or replica.
so it will never charge :-((
normally i buy a replica battery and dismantle the faulty original one and replace the dead ones with the new ones
but this process needs high skill and special tools.
it takes around 3 hours
