I am a Filipina and resident and working in Qatar for 5 years. I am planning to deliver my baby here. My husband just left Qatar for another Job Opportunity and basically he will be banned to enter qatar for 2 years..

Is there any problem if i deliver the baby here if my husband is not here? I have our marriage contract with me and i already open up a Hamad records for my check ups.. no problem so far ---- but i haven't change my passport name yet to be in my husband's surname since we just got married 6mos ago.

will i ever have problems delivering the baby here? since i heard something that only a husband can sponsor a baby... is this true?

dazed and confused.. :(
