Problem in claiming package at the post office

I went to post office to claim my package from the Philippines but the postman kept on asking about the receipt/billing/invoice. I dont know what will I give him. I had been claiming package from post office and I only present my Qatar ID. I dont know why this time, they are asking for receipt/billing/invoice.
I was asking them what receipt/billing/invoice should i give to him but he kept on yelling at me and then he left without explaining what receipt/billing/invoice should I present to claim my package.
Can advise me what will I do to claim my package..
ah ok i bought some shirts online too. the seller provided me delivery receipt which shows the amount that I had paid..thank u so much it is a big relief...
Depends what's inside. If you are bringing some items like I brought in some new instruments from Canada last week which I bought on line, they asked me the same luckily I had the bill (recite) in my email so I just printed that out and presented it.
Actually the customs authority is suppose to put 2% charge for bringing the item from out side, so they just wanna see the bill for how much you have paid.
If you get the bill with you no hassles they will claim 2% are you are done.
