My niece family visit visa is already expired. After his medical exam. Medical Comm recommended him to go to Rumaillah
Hospital for some medical check but medical result take some days or weeks.

What is the best procedure to avoid the penalty, because we cannot extend the visa unless medical comm forward the result to the immigration dept.

Extend it immediately. for visit visa they will charge you 200 per day for penalty.

Hi,

As far as I am aware, you will have to pay the penalty and there is no way to avoid, but your best source of information would be check out in the Immigration Dept.
