Can anyone recommend a mechanic?

My car is misfiring and the Jeep Garage want to charge me some 4500 QAR just for labour to carry out removal of the cylinder head alone and then investigate. I am sure there is a more relaible and cheaper way to do this but need to know the number of a good mechanic. Any help appreciated.

Me? Yes. In my car they have individual coils sitting on each plug. But if you know how to do it it's easy.
