How can I trace out my parcel ?

Dear Friends

I have been sent a parcel containing some medicines and one specks for me from my native (Tamil Nadu) to my company post box number on 24/09/2012 through ordinary post. I have not received the parcel till today as it is already 19 days past. Before I have received the same a couple of times within 10 or 12 days. As it is both very necessay to me, how can I trace it and whom can I contact ? general post office or other ? I keep asking my messager in our company he says no parcel has come so far in my name. My company post box number and my mobile number is clearly written on the parcel.Could you please help me how to trace it ?
