Dear Sar/ Mam
i want to change my job to other company due to poor salary also our contract will finish next month company don't have any other project
so that company will send people for long leave ..

can you email me i can ask company to get my NOC ? whats the procedure? because my company not giving a release or NOC..is it in accordance to the labor code that the employer can decide if they can give me NOC or not, to come back and work immediately here in Qatar .Please help me

Qatar is not the last place to work on this earth , so if you got capability and you got some knowledge then you should be able to find work in UAE or Oman or Bahrain for that matter , unless you have major liabilities back here in qatar like a bank loan , vehicle loan , borrowings from frds etc .
