Dear friends,

i hope you would be able to answer my query, this has been one year am staying in doha under 2 years agreement work visa. Now i found difficult to work with the company as they are not treating well and salary paid is very less. i would like to think of Quit doha and go to other GCC country as the current company will not provide NOC, if i resgn and go there would a huge penalty where i have to work 3 mnths to pay only the penalty. If i go for a vacation and wont come back, can i go to other GCC country and work? would there be any problem on that? I need your advise before i could do something.. Please please give any one a reply.. Please

If you run away, your sponsor can complain and they can ban you in all Middle East. If he doesnt do that then you are ok to join any ME country. 3 month work without pay as penalty....i personally think that is against the labor law and you need to go to the ministry of labor with a copy of your contract and complain. They may even help you in obtaining an NOC if they conclude that your sponsor is abusing the labor system. Good Luck!

Yep, just make sure you get the company to cancel your Rp before you go by Resigning. Be upfront with this company. You won't need noc. And no problem to work outside Qatar unless you created a security deportation. But better to have a job before quitting the one you have.

Best wishes
