HELP!!I need local to sponsor my husband

Hi QL members pls help me i am a Filipino and i need your help. My husband was working here before in Doha. But last May the company had a mass termination because of financial issue and my husband was one of it. He went hum on June without having NOC because the company is not issuing. He has still valid RP ID till April 2013 i want him to come back to Doha but i dont know how. Because i cannot sponsor him my salary is very low so please anyone can help me pls just send me message in my inbox.. Thanks a lot and god bless us all

If his RP was not cancelled and still valid, then he can wait 6 months abroad (or until visa expire) and then he can come without waiting for 2 years.

Nothing can be done without NOC. How did he go without cancelling his RP? If he was not granted NOC he should have asked them to cancel his RP to enable him to come back at least after 2 years. Now his RP will get cancelled only after six months of his departure and he should wait another two years from that date.

He may come back here but the problem is, he cannot apply for a work without having a NOC from his previous work. He has to wait for 2 years for that.Even you can apply a visit visa for him but still he cannot work due to the NOC issue.

Sorry but the only chance is to ask for NOC. and get him other visa but he cannot work here after two years.
