i think he is not a CID. some Qatari guys they don't have a respect or value to the foreigners. they think we r animals? sometime he grab ur friend to his car do other things.

my friend is a boy. he went to al meera. and then he didnt run when this person talk to him. the first word he utt as per my friends story is .hi, come here and stay in my car. of course he refuses and still this man keeps on following him and when he see that he cant pursue my friend. that when the time he threats my friend, he tells thats he's a CID then later on he said he's a police. and why would he touch his crotch when speaking to man also? wouldnt it be so surprising? and of course as what i have heard from the other, CID and Police would just ask you nicely. many times we have been asked by police but we didnt run away, it would make an impression that we are hiding something.

Actually their are a lot of CID'S here.There job is to check crimes and law and order.But it doesn't mean that you should afraid of them.In case of your friend may this CID guy wanted to molest him/her.If you can remember the car plate number then go straight to the police station and file a case against.He will brought to justice.
around 11pm my friend went to a supermarket to buy foods and other household necessity by himself.knowing that the supermarket is just 10 minutes walking distance,so he walked alone. as he nearly came to the supermarket he notice this land cruiser car and by the time he take a short look on that car, the car went unto him then says hi, come here in the car. but my friend declined his offer. a few more minutes this person keeps on bragging my friend to come. knowing his a boy what would be that person be up to? the more my friend says NO.the more this person keep on asking my friend to come. and this is the worst part, when my friend actually crosses the street he intentionally bump and yells at him in a mad tone. He says he's A CID and he will call the police.by that time my friend was shocked and buggled. the person then grabbed the right arm twisting it of course my friend fights back. my friend received a slap and his right jaw was hit by 3 fingers only and got punched by his right upper chest..then my friend ran and hid somewhere in the building.and the person still roving to that area searching for him..30 minutes later he saw a police and terribly shocked when he saw this person and the police talking. terrified, he rush into our house crying and didnt speak for 2 hours..till now he is just lying on his bed and is wide awake and we dont know whats going on to his mind at this very moment... where could we seek help? what would be the best thing to do.

CID will not manhandle you. You can always ask for ID.
Keep your Qatar ID always with you.
If the CID called the police ( was this Fazza ? ). The police have a log of all calls made to them and the places they went to to check on that call.
If you can give the police the time and location, they can check if a police / patrol was there officially or not.
