Recently I recieved my health card, though I am still paying the same amount as before when I did not have the health card. Is that how it's suppose to be?

NOPE DEAR SINCE U HAVE UR HEALTH CARD ACTIVATED , U PAY MORE THAN 50% OFF THE PRICE OF ANY HEALTH CARE SERVICE , SUPOSE IF U ARE TAKING A MEDECINE 100 RIYALS WHEN U RENEW IT U CAN PAY SOME THING SO SIMPLE ...

THATS THE DIFFERENT , ITS MATTER OF TIME TO GET ACTIVE .
