Where is the labor court to file a complaint ?
I reached Qatar on 27th of March 2012 on company work visa with offer letter and joined BEMCCO . My medical and finger printing has completed . Yet company not provide me R.P . I resigned on 23rd August 2012 . Company forcing me to continue one month notice period . I am continuing . On 4th September H.R came and sought me to sign on Job agreement paper which is issued on 4th September 2012 . I refused to sign . Any body give me suggestion on this matter where I go for justice and what to do .

All worker should first go to labor court and on same date pay a visit to embassy . Don't fear . For labor court address - street no - 13 industrial area . Bus service also available . It is 45 minutes journey from Al Ghanim bus station - Doha . So please catch Buss no - 33 and it drop you at Q tel Mobile tower on street no -13 . Q tel tower comes right side of bus . On right side you can see the Great Qatar National flag, just 200 meter away from Q tel tower . That one is labor court . You go in side and meet representative and collect complain form . You filled it in typing in arabic . For arabic You go to just at Waqood petrol station . There You get & the type writer take 5 riyal and type your problems and completed your form then submit it in same table in labor court . With in 21 days you must get Justice . I am proud of Daulate Qatar on H.H SHEIKH HAMAD BIN KHALIFA AL THANI and H.H SHEIKH TAMIM BIN HAMAD AL THANI . I salute to them heartily for justice .
