Am i going to jail?

My Pataka ID was expired last June 7.Three months extension will end on Sept.7 (which is next week) I am following up always with our mandoop but he is always saying that our boss is not giving him money to renew our pataka (actually we r 6 employees with expired pataka) bcoz they do not have money. My question is if police will see my Pataka after Sept 7 am i going to jail... :( for being undocumented? Need ur knowledge and experience on this as i am a bit worried now.. Thnx a lot.
Pls don't woory. Your company should take care.
Unless you did a criminal act, they won't put you in jail. Just tell them it's under renewal. It's your employer's fault anyway.

Flying ace what do u mean i even have 1 month grace period? Aside from the 3 months extension i still have another 1 month?
You even have a 1 Month Grace Period, after which your sponsor would have to pay 10 QAR per day...
Don't worry friend, there is no issue of taking you to the jail , actually your boss will pay the penalty for that after the due date he have to pay 10 Qatari rials for each day till he renew your id!! enjoy the stay Lol!!!
