Real Gulf jobs sites

Hi

I want to relocate to Qatar, but I always find out that the sites I have been using are scams, I dont really know how to proceed; or where I can find real jobs posts. I really like Qatar, but any stable Muslim country will be ok. Im a civil engineer, from Costa Rica (central America) I think that being that far is making it harder. I used bayt.com and get nothing, not even a view on my cv, if they don't like my cv is ok, but according to bayt they don't even read it, then I tried gulf news classified and I received 2 answers asking me to go the next day for an interview, is like they didnt read my cover letter, I am in CR how can I go the next day!!! I researched the "companies" and as I expected it was a scam. I improved my cv, my cover letter, and im going to take a test for a international certification in project management, but It is a lot of time invested in fakes jobs applications, I'm frustrated, I need some advice
