Grade 316 is easy to find in Qatar. Go to Edge Engineering in Barwa Village. The shop is at the corner of the last building. Look for Mr. Tahir. They specialize on all kinds of nuts and bolts both mild, cromatized and stainless steel grade. Unless you are looking for a higher grade like A1.4462, you can go and check Valbruna-Qatar.
