Aramex Service

I went to collect a parcel from Aramex yesterday at their new office on Wholesale Market street near Regency Signal. The place was jam packed by customers wanting to collect their shop and ship items. Also, the regular deliveries counter has only two attendants who are very slow as they have to check each and every item in their computer and then search for the item in their store. The place was completely disorganized. There were no proper queues. People were waiting in one queue for hours whereas others would be going from the other side and get their deliveries handed over to them before. I would suggest that Aramex puts more staff to cater to the customers and also to arrange for a Q-matic system where they can issue a number to each customer and then distribute the deliveries accordingly. Otherwise, it is really a mess. There were no managers at Aramex to be seen only the attendants. I was told by others standing in the queue that the crowd is not only for the day but it is happening on other days as well. The Aramex management should take notice of this and act.

Thank you for your comments and advice. I will send the complaint to Aramex once I find their e-mail.

Have you made your suggestion to Aramex? You can contact the Doha office by email and they are quite good about replying.

It would be more productive to complain to them directly rather than here?

I agree. It's chaos there sometimes.
