Exit Permit during Eid holidays

I am planning to travel on 25th august, so i need to get exit permit on or after 19th august.Emigration office will reopen only on 26th aug after eid holidays. My sponsor's smart card got complaint , we have to take exit permit manually. So my question is,whether it is possible to get exit permit if I got to Airport Emigration personally with all documents.

Check with immigration, its not closed yet;

Else go to sofitel area, ask on the typing centres .. they provides a lot of infos
