Please Help me to find the Solution for this...

I came to Doha 11 Jun 2012 in a Visiting Visa to find a job and I got an offer from a Company And they offer me basically 3500QR as my salary with food allowance and Mobile allowances with accommodation and transportation + visa. I was working around two months in this company as a Telecom Engineer on my own visa which I came to Qatar. While I was working for this company I got lots of good offers from some other companies so whenever I was trying to shift for another job they kindly ask me to “Please don’t leave the company and don’t worry about my future”. On 23 APR 2012 the Company changes my Visa to they own company visa and they didn’t make my agreement, medical, finger or Visa as they promise me. Whenever I am talking about this with our Manager the answer was they have a plane on it but I didn’t know what was all about it and after some days they suddenly told me that I am fired from the company and I have to find another Job in anywhere in Qatar and I have to go out from there accommodation but They promise me that they will give me NO OBJECTION from the Visa if I bring a offer letter from a company which I am going to work. So I had to go out from the company and from the accommodation. I try so hard to find another job. I went to face so many interviews to find a job every day. It was so hard for me to find another job quickly so I bought a permanent accommodation by spending my own money but after some days finally I found a good job as a sales executer in a company and they ask me to bring my NOC Letter to join the company. They gave me the offer later which I need for the No OBJECTION from my old company But after I go to my old company for the NOC they avoid me to give me NOC as they Promises me before and they ask me to come again after some days. Whenever I go there for NO OBJECTION they gave me the same answer at all to come after some days but still they didn’t give me NO OBJECTION so I couldn’t joint for the company which I got offer to joint as a Sales Executer.
It has been 3 1/2 months now but still I didn’t have any answer from them. Whenever I call them about my problem they warn me, not to call them again and again and don’t disturb them at all for this. So I forgot calling them and I was trying to find the solution for my problem. I went to the Embassy and to Labor Court but I couldn’t find the solution for my problem.
now I don’t have a Job, and I am spending my own money for the accommodation and food. This company spoiled my life and wasted my money.
What I need is NO OBJECTION from the Visa, if they don’t need me to work for the company and if I don’t have any works in the company. And what my question is why they have to treat me like this if they don’t want me for the company?
and now the PRO call me and inform me that the company has submit my documents to CID.
what is the solution for me here?? please help me to find what will happen to me....
