Selling a car without an RP

A friend of mine has accepted an overseas contract at short notice and is leaving immediately. Due to his quick departure his company is cancelling his RP.
He has asked if I can sell his car for him and then transfer the money later.

If his RP is cancelled can I still sell his car for him? I think he has to sign some forms for the sale but without an RP is it possible to make the transfer to the new owner?

Any advice is appreciated!

Bank Loans against that car, traffic fines ?? other wise like him you also will get in to deep s**t

It is better if you can get it transfered to your name....you can sell it at anytime then

Yes no problm

He must make for you one paper you can sale his car

This paper can make it here or in his countary and stamp it from ministry of forgine
