KAHRAMAA PROBLEM (AGAIN)
I'm really frustrated with Kahramaa, but we have no choice. Living in Qatar means accept Kahramaa the way they are..
Before I was facing unreasonable billings, now I'm facing something more strange. The billing and the usage for a month is not make sense. Then I start to crosscheck the total amount to be paid under my account number in Kahramaa website, in my dohabank online websites, in Dohabank atm machine, in Qtel machine and with the SMS billing received in my mobile number, my God, The amount is DIFFERENT between eachother.. I take a picture of my laptop screen showing the billing page as a proof for the past 3 months, and yes it's showing something wrong with Kahramaa system, it's is always showing different amount in different websites at the same time.
An hour ago I check my latest Kahramaa billing on Kharamaa website which is stating ZERO after my last payment on 1st of July 2012, now on 26th of July it's stating 892 Riyals for the due dates of 30th June 2012. But when I open the billing page via Dohabank online website it's stating 1607 Riyal.. WWOOOOOWW!! For a 25 days I spend 1607 Riyals for Kahramaa?? I don't even have a swimming pool.. It's really not make sense.. And how come the billing has 715 riyals different between Dohabank websites and kahramaa websites??
Dear Kahramaa, this thing really make me headache for the last 3 months. If you have problem with your system please amend that system, don't leave it like this which can confused us as your customer.. Everytime we went to your customer service especially in Salwa road branch they can't solve this problem.. They can only say 'I DON'T KNOW, YOU GO PAY THE BILL KHALLASSS' without give us any clarification of how this things happened and how to solved it out..

Dont tell me about Kharamaa....I have never seen any office like this anywr in the world. wot they say is correct allways. Last year my water meter was not working from the day I shifted and made complains 8 times(every month) every time I had to go to the H/O on D ring and they gave me QR150/- estimated bill and I paid it.One month before vacating I went and told that I will be leaving this appartment and to give a solution for the meter. After 5 days when I checked they have come and fixed a new meter without informing me. The best part is the new meter was reading 50 units...:O When I went they ask me to come end of the month when I want to cancel. After three weeks I went with the meter reading which was 59 units (9 actual units I have used from the time they fixed)but they refused and said that I have used 59 units and also they calculated 59 as my average consumption and asked me to pay QR 1900/- as dues for the previous 11 months. Went to every officer but nothing,Spent almost 3 hours with my baby. and pay the whole ammount and came....this is Haraaaammmmm according to Islam
@Linc lol true that, in fact I work at a design firm where my boss is rocking a powerful system and not working and us who's doing the job are using crawler systems.

This is a third-world country, my friend, They may have computer systems (because they can buy them), but they don't know how to use them (because they have to understand them first)!
