ANYONE CAN HELP ME....!!!

I HAVE AN IPHONE 3G s, after i updated to IOS 5.1.1 IT WAS SHOWING THAT no signal or network.....then i was waiting for 1 week for that signal....still the same....i was decided to RESTORE to iTUNE.....i cannot activate again bcos it showing NO SIM CARD INSERTED even i already inserted.....im using HALA sim.... ANYONE CAN HELP ME TO FIX THAT IPHONE AND HOW MUCH,,,,???? PLEASE HELP ME.....IM WAITING YOUR RESPOND GUYS.....

regarding Updating software for iphone 3gs .....does anyone knows how much it will cost guys... so that i will have an idea...thanks..?????
