I come to Qatar because I trusted his word, but when I arrived I called him and no answer, so I lost money and precious time on his promise.
Here is what I propose:
The service name that we'll use is Western Union transfers. You must find the nearest Western Union agency in any bank and you go to Western Union and you send cash (10.000QR-11.000QR) to any name you want for have warranty keep the car only for you and don't lost my time....When make payment you will pay transfer fee but don't worry about this because i will give you back for you don't pay extra money.
The transfer must to be like this:
sender name : your name
sender address : your address Qatar
receiver name : friend,wife name,brother,mother,father, etc...
receiver address : London , United Kingdom
(You probably do not have relatives in the United Kingdom, but it does not matter. You just assume for a moment that your member family is in United Kingdom. You go to Western Union and you say that you want to send the money to your member family, who is now in the United Kingdom. Then you send me a copy,photo of a receipt by e-mail. I will check if the transfer is real and I come to present the car) .This is a transfer from a person to a person and takes about 5 minutes.Or in case you have here person make this transfer for him name in United Kingdom
I don't have time lost with all the person ask me about the car.... and meet in UK with this..... only after you prove me the paper and check the transfer i can meet with this.... NO BEFORE THAT.
If you don't agree make this western union payment prove don't e-mail me back or if you are agree told me this and made the transfer payment prove and send the receipt for know keep the car just for you available.... because not only you want the car.

but still how can he collect money from western union if its not in his name........if i send money to my husband & then show him receipt how can he claim this money. If western union stooooooopid enough to give a person money thats not in their name then we can claim the money back from western union surely?

BUT I HAVE ONE QUESTION, I THINK ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO POST ANY ADVERTISEMENT FROM OUTSIDE QATAR, ISN'T IT?? I THINK THE PERSON IS IN QATAR AND SHOWING US THAT HE IS IN LONDON AND WILL COME ONLY FOR US. HE IS TRYING TO BE SMART, BUT WE CAUGHT HIM!!!

Answer: You have 2 options .. you can pick up the money back after you see the car or change the receiver to my name when i arrive back in Uk....
I hope you understand my ideea because don't matter who you are how much money you have or where you work because you can't tell me ''you can trust me, come in qatar'' , if you change your mind I can't do anything.
You must understand correctly the situation you DON'T need send me any money,only prove that have the money until the day you want to see the car for keep this car for you , this is my warranty.
I am waiting your answer ASAP.
