Rasgas interview answer
Hello,
I've been contacted by Rasgas further my application for an engineering position.
I know that the recruitment process in Qatar is quite long but I'm wondering why I did not receive any reply regarding their final decision neither from Rasgas nor my agent. It's now 3 weeks that I passed the interview which was (from my own judgment) quite positive.
Is it the normal process to wait 3 weeks or more to get a answer? The fact that I have no feedback means that the answer will be negative? Do I have a chance to receive an offer from them in the coming days?

3 weeks are so long. forget about this. look for other job.
it means you are not hired or achieve their expectations to hire you. maybe you think, you passed the interview but for them you did not. sometimes, we think that we answer all the question but did we really answer them correctly or we just answer it without any or direct relevant to what is being ask for. better luck next time. dont be confident, just analyze what is being ask for then you answer precisely...
