problems with letting agency

Hi there,
can anyone tell me what i can do about my letting agent?
i moved into an apartment in Ain Khaled 2 months ago and it was advertised with all bills included, and all services included, satellite tv, internet etc.
but after two weeks the internet stopped working. this is important to me as i have family back home and use this to communicate with them. and also one of main reasons for choosing this apartment and paying a bit more. all i get from the letting agent who does not answer my calls, he only replies to my e mails by saying this has been passed to the IT department. and thats it!! so my question is what next? can i ask for a reduction in rent or bill them for the expense of sorting it myself?

yesterday i thought all was going well as they agreed to send someone, so i finished work early and cancelled an evening appointment to go and meet this guy, at 7pm i phoned asking where he was and they said he is nearby and will be there shortly, after this they never answered their phone and needless to say nobody turned up!
BECAUSE SHARIAH COURT IS EFFICIENT AND WORTH , YOU WILL GET JUSTICE BU AGAIN YOUR DOCUMEN SHOULD BE PROPER
Do you have a copy of your contract? Is it stated that your rent is inclusive of the above services? Beware of unscrupulous individuals here who would deny your verbal agreement and cheat you. Tell them you're gonna report them to the baladiya if they don't honor your agreement, in case they don't give reduction:)
Ask for a reduction.
