What documents are needed for my family members entered Qatar with Residency Visit Visa ?

My employer has processed & received Residency visit visa for my Wife & Son with a duration of residence of 5 years and this visa is valid for 3 months for first entry. What documents are needed for Medical & Finger printing process for my wife & son, once they arrived in Qatar ? Appreciate for the early reply.
