JOB OFFER VS CONTRACT

JOB OFFER:
Contract Period : 2 Years Renewable.
CONTRACT
INDEFINITE CONTRACT any party can terminate without reasons.
My employeer abuse me, first we signed job offer stating 2 years renewable, after joining we signed indefinite contract stating that it is company policy now he is terminating me with in 8 months not giving NOC can i challenge in court about clear case of injustice or voilation of agreed terms? if if file a case in labour court it will take consideration of employment offer or not?
Legal Help needed in these issue.
As per the Qatar labor law both parties can terminate the employment contract. Please refer Qatar Labor Law, specific to your employment contract.
The company is termination me with redundancy, as the project is completed, no other reasons stated in the termination letter.
it depends if you did somthing wrong against the contract but its better to consult a lawyer he will give you the right answer..wish for your good luck
