If she is sponsored by HMC, she can apply for you under "family visa classification". That means she will be sponsoring you. By the way, to exit the country for yourself, you have to get apply for an exit permit signed by her.
I believe, you can change the sponsorship, if you get a job; But this need to be clarified.

To follow.. yes HMC is giving accomodation either furnished or furniture allowance will be given and she can sponsor you first as visit visa and so forth and it depends on her category of course.
First if your wife is under your sponsorship and locally hired by HMC there is no housing allowance at all..only basic and transportation will be given, it was my offer as well during my time.
