I went to view an apartment in the upper floors of the ZigZag towers the other day, and i notice a 2 - 3 meters long crack in the wall, to be honest i felt scared!!! can an expert in construction advise if this is normal or if the tower about to fall on our heads!!!!
by any chance would any one help me to get copy of the contract on zig zag tower. Because I have spoke to a guy an I have a funny feeling that he's trying to re-rent a property.
I don't know whether you are allowed to re-rent their properties.I just want to make sure that he has not edited anything on the contract.

It depends on the crack. provide the detail... diameter of the crack, location, type of wall...
Only if you're directly underneath if/when it lets go.
