Three Sixty at the Torch Hotel

By DlightPhoto •
Hi QatarLiving,
Recently I visited the Three Sixty rotating restaurant at the Torch Hotel in Doha. I decided it would be the perfect setup for a timelapse to capture the views as the restaurant rotates.
Here is the video:
Sorry that there are not more images to make the video smoother, I was afraid that the camera shutter would disturb other patrons in the restaurant.
If you enjoy the video, please click like and subscribe to my channel, I'm considering making a couple of short films about Qatar, but I'd like to make sure I'd have an audience first :)
I wasn't able to watch the video that you've provided above. Maybe there's something wrong with my browser. I'll just watch it on other websites later. But based on your description, this would be a great thing to experience. I'll be getting a budget out of this before I leave hostel in Malaysia where I'm currently staying.
-international cuisine
-reservation is required, as everywhere in Doha if you want to make sure you will have a table.
-no need for tuxedo, but to look decent is advisable :)
why dont you just go and have a dinner there.. it's just a dinner, for God sake (which is not impressive anyway).. you are not buying the entire hotel.. :)
go and get your own opinion..
what style of food is offered??
does it require a reservation?
is there a dress code...is smart ok..
around like any 5-stars restaurant food. Minus hot beverage, as they don't serve alcohol, which is a big "cons" itself.. at least great quality of food could compensate a glass of great wine.. hasn't happened...:(
around how much it will cost / person ?
I thought the service was on par with other 5 star restaurants in Doha, the waitress was very attentive, constantly filling up our water. Food arrived without waiting too long, and was great, sure you can probably get better for the price but I took into account the view as well. We also had the head chef & waiter come over to ask how everything was.
I had a good experience, I'll be going back at night next time :)
I was not impressed.. forget about the service, which is not any better than anywhere in Doha.. but even food was not up to 5 stars standards.. mediocre place..
The floor materials are quite expensive though..
Back home we have much better 360 restaurant, and higher..
Love the ambiance aat 360 degree resto..sure I'll be back there soon....
I am already preparing my budget for an experience at 360.
I had first long time back in Dubai's Hyatt Regency.
