On behalf of ALL Qataris we extend our heart-felt condolonces to the families of the victims and to those who lost their lives on their duty in the traggic incident that have happened at villagio yesterday afternoon .
May Almighty ALLAH guide the bereaved families to stand and and bear strength in this most difficult time .
Our internal minister of interior has expressed yesterday saying : Here in Qatar , Expat or Qatari , it is our duty to sacrifice with our lives to make everyone safe .
My family and I , as a Qatari family will be attending the gathering at Aspire Park at 5pm and use all the support oppurtunities that we could offer to the families of the victims .
انا لله و ان اليه راجعون

This is a nice gesture from your excellency, but with all due respect, it would be much nicer if the authorities could please take precautionary measures in order to prevent these incidents from happening again?

We are doing the same to go to the event.
I was sick all of last night. I held my daughter close the whole evening and my husband and I just kept her so close to us.
This loss has changed Qatar. This should not have happened.
I pray to God that they did not suffer.
I pray that their families will keep strength.
I cant imagine, nor do I want to, consider what has happened or think about this pain.
Our hearts are hurting so much... there is anger, there is frustration, sadness.
May God help all of us.
