Buying a house or building it
Hi;
I am Architectural CAD Technician, and I woul like to build or buy a villa in Doha.
I do really appreciate if some of you (professionals) can give me an advice:
(1) is it more save and less cost buying an existing villa or buil your own?
(2) if I choose to build by my self, how hard is to get trades men like certified Carpenters, electricians, and plummers...? and if it is acceptable designing by my own (I have an idea the soil type in Doha).
(3)could also anyone pls list for me the prices of construction materials like; Cement, sand , Aggregates, stainless steel reinforcements, HVAC pipes, electrical cables, etc.

Besides, are you Qatari? Because I do not believe you can own land here unless you are Qatari....

Any Tom & Harry can not do this. You need to engage a registered professional company to do this
