Two Years Ban

If I get a new job for better package in qatar & if i did not get N.O.C From my company sponsor.what will be the latest ban period. or can i come on visit or bussiness visa for some times.or do i have to wait still two years to come back.need advice from anyone who knows the latest.

I mean, your Residence Permit should not be tied to a specific employer. Qatar, the country, is giving you the permit to reside and work. But the employer should be your choice. (That's if they wanted to do it like the West which was mentioned in the article).

I read it, too. They should issue 'Green Cards' and then you can choose who you want to work for and for how long, and when you want to change.

I read in yahoo that Saudi is going to end the Sponsorship.

if u served five years for your current company and you have a best reputation there so they will give you NOC and its also depend upon your luck....

I think you can stay two years longer in Qatar now.

You should either have a NOC from your present Sponsor or wait for 2 years.
