Hello QL! I'm done with the Prometrics Exam and passed my DataFlow requirements at SCH last April 18. And as I review the requirements for the Evaluation and Medical Licensing. I've noticed that the lists both require the following:

-copy: secondary school passing certificate (for nurses only)
-original: certificate of good standing, must be sent directly
from the Registration authority of the last 5 years of work
experience, to: Registration Section ,Medical Licensing ,Supreme Council of Health , P.O.Box : 7744 *

Does that mean, I have to prepare two sets of each, one as an Evaluation req't and the other one for the Medical licensing?

I hope someone can help me with this. Thank you in advance!
