HELP with black points!!!!!
Rented a car got two parking tickets each 3 black points. Got my drivers licenses after I got the parking tickets. Can't pay the tickets because i got my license after the tickets so now what do I do? Can't pay the tickets and I can't return the car to the rental place. Everyone says find someone to take the black points and pay that person the fee and extra for the help. NEED HELP!!!!!

Man, same thing happened with me and i got 9 black points and i was driving with my UAE DL, Go to the traffic department, explain to him what happened and he will remove it for you but you will still have to pay the fines.
i did the same and he removed the whole 9 points.

I had this experience... was driving on a temporary license when I got fined, I paid for it only after I got the permanent one which was issued after the date I got fined. i sent from one counter to the other in Madinat Khalifa licensing center, after none was not able to do it, I came back to the first one and said no one is able to do it.. and somehow the person at the counter took the fine at last.
The fine will be on the number plate and not on your license so I don't think it will be a problem.
b2b is right..they wont check the date and as long as there's a dl to take the points (either it is you or the other guy) no question will be ask...you just have to pay the penalty, in this situation i guess is QR300.
Ask any friend or relative to give their License for the points and you pay the fine.. Better ask 2 people to avoid putting all points burden on one

I am assuming you might have been on visiting first and driving/renting with your base country license.
In any case they are not going to check the dates on the license for validity. Even if they do you can just say that your friend was driving you around and that you are ok to take the points on your license.
