transfer of visit visa to working visa
I am already hired by a company here in qatar. My previous sponsor is ready to give my noc but need to pass an approval visa from the immigration to them before they release my noc. is it possible to ask the company who offered me a job to produce this approval visa just to gbet my noc. they have already provided me with their id number but i still need this visa approval from the immigration just to get that noc. help me plss..
travel agency's visa? is that a tourist visa?
and why you are the one who takes care of all your papers? Every normal company has PRO, who is responcible for visas, etc.
But again, visa with your name cannot be approved without NOC from your previous sponsor. But if you are on teh tourist visa, you don't need NOC.

its actually a travel agency's visa.they are requiring me to submit to them a visa approval so they can give me my noc..btw..what is a visa approval? i dont know what it is and is the company who hired me or any company here in doha can provide this to their newly hired employees?
I assume, by "visit visa" you mean "business visa" .. because if you mean "Tourist visit visa" or "Family visit visa", you don't need a NOC in this case.
now... new (work) visa won't be approved without NOC. The application even won't be accepted without NOC at the time of submission. Unless by "visa approval" you mean "obtaining quota".. but then it's not from immigration, it's from labour.. clarify yourself..
First of all get the offer letter from your second employer where you got job and show them to first employer in order to prepare your NOC. Once you get NOC give it to the second employer to be able to apply work visa
