please tell me the cheapest way to call through mobile phone to india other than internet.Any plan has launched by the mobile companies.I am a new comer and using qtel connection.

The only thing cheaper than internet is carrier pigeon.

Qtel hala offer, spend 15 QR / day and get 15free to used on the same day.

So if india is 0.66qr / min and you get 15qr extra for every 15qr you spend, you end up paying just 0.33 / min to india. Check dates of offer validity, i believ until 7th apr.
