Sincere greetings to all my dear Q/L members!

I have been working with a company for the last fourteen years and now I would like to leave the company. Even though I have been locally hired I am sure that the company will not accept my resignation and so they will not give NOC to work with other company. Eventually, my next option is to request the company to get my visa cancelled. Perhaps, this also will not be acceptable to them as I am an inevitable part of the company and also played a big role in its progress. On the other hand my current visa expires on 25th of July 2012.

In this circumstance, I have following questions to all my Q/L members: -

-Is the employer has the right to keep me in stranded situation i.e. neither giving NOC to work with other company in Qatar nor cancelling my visa?
-If I am getting my visa cancelled can I come back to Doha on a visit visa? If so how long I can stay here?
-As stated above my visa expires on July 25th. Can I come back to Qatar after 2 years ban if am leaving Qatar without cancelling my current visa?
-I heard also if anyone leaving Qatar without cancelling visa he cannot go to any GCC Countries. Is it true? If so is it possible to go other GCC Countries after the expiration of my Qatar Visa?

Waiting for your valuable information.

after leaving the country 6 months , your visa will be cancelled automatically . after this automatically cancellation you can come back to here with any type of visas , no ban any more unless your company requested that . cuz it is costly for them as well to ban some body . no match between any gcc about visas unless court declearation hot waiting you .
