Dear Members,
I am an Indian and have got an offer from Qatar based Company. I will be arriving by End April 2012. First, I will come alone and within 2 months, I am planning to bring my wife in Doha.

I would like to know about the rules and documents required to bring my wife on Family Visa.
How long it will take for me to get Qatar Residence permit? I have heard that now a days, rules have been changed for Family Visa as they require minimum 6 months salary slip for Family Visa.

Please share your experience to get the family visa.

Looking forward to your positive reply at the earliest.

Regards,
Ravi

Hai...since u r an Indian ur visa stamping or validation will take a min of 1 month to 3 months (if you r lucky u'll get your iqama by 1 month), and only once your iqama is done, you'll be having a salary transfer through bank account (till tht thy'll give it to u directly)....n for a family status you need to show a 6 months bank statement which is compulsory (dont expect ny deduction from 6 months) along with other documents....or after 2 months of bank statements u can go for visit visa n then transfer it to residence once you hv 6 months of bank statements....ALL THE BEST
